Returns & Review Requests

Please contact NH Toys before returning any item. Return or support requests are reviewed based on order status, item condition, and the issue reported.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the case can be reviewed quickly.

To help with return review, items should be kept in their original condition and packaging where possible.
